City Wide did a great job on my Rental property. Office had all the proper paperwork needed for me and job got done with pictures.

City Wide did work at my business. They came out and the work was not done properly the first time. They promised to be out again shortly but the follow up lingered over a week. When I called to check on the status of the follow up work I was treated like I was bothering them and made to feel like I should not be calling. Well, I wouldn't have to be calling if the work was done properly the first time. The money you may save with this company is not worth the poor customer service.

Had a leak in my roof, called City Wide roofing and they were really quick with everything. They gave me an estimate for the roof after what I thought was them inspecting it. Once I contracted them, they came out the following day. I told the roofers where the issue was and asked them if they needed to see it from the inside to make sure that it was taken care of and they said no. The leak persisted even after they 'fixed the roof' and after they came out a 2nd time to check on it they said that the issue was the siding and that they could do it for 2500. I went with them because I did not know what the cause of the leak was and I thought that they would be able to find it an fix it, if they would have thoroughly checked it from the beginning I would have had the siding fixed, instead of the roof. Now I lost almost 4000, still have a leak, and have a room that I cannot use.
