Precise construction renovated our master bedroom and bathroom including a custom tile shower. Melvin and his crew were very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. They answered my many questions along the way and made changes on the fly when I had a new idea. They gave input/advice when asked but always stressed the importance of having our end result be what WE wanted. I always felt as though the project was in good hands. Though you expect your house to be out of sorts during a renovation, they kept the job site clean and organized and spent time tidying up before leaving for the day. Even their subcontractors used for our drywalling and plumbing/electric work were delightful to work with. Pricing was very reasonable for quality work. Highly recommend them for interior renovations.

Simply the best. They replaced a roof and also replaced a dilapidated patio with a beautiful sunroom. Great price and the most honest people I have ever dealt with. Melvin was awesome as he guided me through the entire process from estimate through completion of the project. Honest and polite does not even begin to describe Amos and his sons. I actually missed having them around when the project was completed. I would easily recommend them to anyone.

Melvin Lapp and his team at Precise Construction remodeled three bathrooms in our home. They worked quickly with high quality.
