| RRP Management | Mark Hoel prides on her job a lot and I hired him for several small projects. He really did a bad job on a project where he charged me 1150 which didn't get fixed. When I asked for his warranty to take care, he started blaming on other things without recognizing his faults. He also did bad job in another roofing project. Bottom line is that he doesn't stand behind his work when customer asks him back to address his own defects even though he gives 3 year warranty of his work in writing in his invoice. I know he will try to defend against my writing, however, I am a customer like you and I suffered hiring him. Please try not to hire this guy. He won't stand behind the faults. |
| Barry Van Gemert | Mark and his helper Steve came out and repaired my roof in Pitcairn. It is a very steep roof and the houses are close together. No one else would return my calls as soon as they found out where the job was. They fixed the problem shingles missing in three spots thanks to the shoddy shingling job I had a few years back. I thought 325 was a very reasonable charge. I am going to have them come out later on this summer to fix areas where the shingles are starting to move but have not yet fallen out. |
