Positive experience from start to finish! Given the current situation of social distancing, Thomas and I spoke briefly on the phone and than communicated via text and pictures to diagnose the problem and determine the right course of action on my roof. The roof was on a property I manage in a neighboring town and I did not need to be on-site. During the day, he kept me up to date as other issues were uncovered to decide how to proceed. The emergency repair project came in at the cost he had quoted with a suggestion to do more work at a later date that I had requested. No heavy sales pressure. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the work site was left neat. I found Thomas to be professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is our 3rd time using Accurate & Affordable and I would definitely recommend them for future needs.
