| BrIan Pontecorvo | Hired Top Notch Roofing in April 2018. Proposal for the entire project was 4,400. Upon removal of the old roof, they discovered that the substructure around the skylight was severely damaged. I had existing water damage in the bathroom so it was no surprise. After an estimate for an additional 2,800, I agreed and they proceeded to replace the damaged area. It included 20 sheets of plywood. The job was completed within three days. It was an enormous undertaking. All materials were high quality and workmanship was thorough and professional. All in all, I'm very pleased with the job. Roof replacement is a big undertaking and you get what you pay for. I'd recommend Top Notch Roofing. I wasn't thrilled with spending 7,000.00 for a roof, but it's the most important component in my home, so it's well worth it in the long run. |

They couldn't have sent 2 better guys to the house, although it was the end of a hot day, both roofers couldn't have been friendlier. Top Notch Roofing should be very proud to have guys like Dave and Dan working for them. Top Notch will now be my only call for services that they supply. |
