joshua uhlig | Went on tour of the factory, was impressed on how thoroughly they put there homes together. They pay a lot of attention to the small things that make the homes better for years to come. |
Rebecca Highland | Our home was built in July 2019 and is falling apart. We've had 3 subcontractors in the home say they have never seen work this horrible. I've been told the problems are extensive, but no one wants to help repair them. As of December we have had serious plumbing issues, electrical issues, cracks in our ceiling, our furnace was never converted to propane causing it to die within 2 weeks of use, and horrible cosmetic issues throughout the house. I have contacted the seller, Paradise Homes, and they are saying we never told them. I have contacted Commodore and they refuse to respond. We have a 1 year warranty, but no one is willing to actually repair anything within that warranty. We have contacted the AG, BBB, and lawyers to attempt to get our home to the turnkey standards that we were told we would have. |
MICHAEL FENNER | Communication and quality of workmanship is definitely questionable. |
