They came out and did a demonstration of their roofing system, and explained the cost benefits over the life of the roof. We are so impressed with the system, the warranty, and the professionalism that we hired them to put their Fluid applied roofing membrane on the shop. They asked us to wait several months to review them to get a good feel if we were satisfied. All I can say is we are over the moon happy, best decision we made. I highly recommend them. |
| Leslie Sattar | Renewable Roofing was out last summer and installed their Acrylic Roofing Membrane System from Acrylabs. We had many, many leaks in the EPDM Firestone Roof that was only 8 years old. We had the original roof installer out countless times to try and find the leaks. The put on patch after patch to where they thought leaks could be coming from. Soon they stopped coming out, saying there was nothing they could do. We were hesitant on spending the money on this type of system after the high cost of the EPDM roof, however we were losing tenants from the top floor because of the annoying leaks. They claimed that since the liquid applied system was seamless there would be no leaks. Well I decided to what till after the winter season to write this review to be 100 sure their claim was true. I can tell you unequivocally that this was the best decision and choice we could have made. Not a single leak since the roofing system was installed. I highly recommend Renewable Roofing, they were excellent to deal with, and very professional. |
