| Susan Bauer | Gangloff installed the roof on our home before we purchased it. It is less than 10 years old and we discovered a leak. I called and made an appointment for repair and we sat in our house the entire day and they did not show up. No phone call. No apology. Since then, we have called them daily for over a week with promises that they will get around to our roof. They assured us they would be here yesterday or today. Again, no show. In the meantime it has rained 2 more times and the roof continues to leak. Maybe our job is too small to bother with, but they originally installed the roof and it is unfortunate that a leak has appeared in less than 10 years, so they have no interest in standing by their work. My advice - find another roofer that is interested in doing quality work and coming back to fix their mistakes. Gangloff is not the one you want. We called another roofer and discovered that no water seal was installed around our cupola in our roof, so apparently shoddy work from the beginning. |
