PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING: Would give a zero if that was an option. Mike was quick to respond and deliver gutters at an affordable price, and my retired mother paid him 500 to drop the gutters so we could hang them. He cashed the check. When including a licensed contractor we arrived and started to hang the gutters, we realized that of 4 pieces, 3 were incorrect SHORT lengths. I called and he said he'd come out to see ASAP. First it was later that weekend, "sorry I got held up", then "one day next week, possibly Thursday", then "this rain is killing", then "possibly Saturday". Keep in mind, the check has been cashed. Saturday comes and he says that his trailer is tied up at "another project" and the owner doesn't want his yard tore up...maybe Tuesday or Thursday. Really? You miss measured 3 of 4 gutters the only job you had to do, took my mom's money, then give me the runaround and take on other jobs without finishing the one you've already been paid for? There are a lot of options out there to get seamless gutters. My recommendation, pick someone else. Now, I will be heading to Lowes to get the rest of the gutter and trying to learn how to seam gutters myself. Why? We can't afford to hire someone else to come out and redo his mistakes because we've already spent my mom's money on him...and gutters are still not up.
