This company solved a decades-long problem of water and mold in the cellar that we had despaired of ever controlling. The cellar was spotless and dry when they left it and has remained mold and water-free now for two years. Their systems keep the level of relative humidity in the cellar low enough that mold cannot grow. The crew was efficient, business-like, and cleaned up after their work. The company has been very responsive in every regard.

I never write reviews, I always give people every opportunity. We hired Jim and Morgan basement to install a drain system in my basement. Install went fine, job was fine. I asked about their warranty, he gave me a contract with a guarantee. I also asked about the sub pumps, what is the usual life span. He said about 10 years. Install date was 3/8/18, today is 8/20/19, one of my sub pumps is not working. I called a few weeks ago and left a message. Then after not hearing back, I called again and left a message. I said my sub pump isn't working, please give me a call, let me know if it is under warranty. Again , no call back. So I called another number, I have not the 877 number. Nobody called me back, so right before I am writing this review, I called again lol, voicemail. Jim I will take this review down, all I ask is simple call to fix or replace my sub pump : I am the gentleman who left you a lot of messages. If there is a charge to replace my sub pump I am happy to pay. Thank you sir ....

Estimate was fair, very flexible on installation date, and workers did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
