Really awful company to work for and have work done . They are not only unprofessional but they cheat their employees out of their earned commission,sell cheap products and raise the prices 1500 dollars worth of work but you'll be charged 15k+ and also records people on the phone without telling them they are being recorded or is on a recorded line VERY ILLEGAL. Doesn't really care about Customers needs or willing to work with people unless they run a pre-credit check . This review is 100 accurate as I worked there and was fired for voicing my opinion in an environment that badly needs an inclusion course . They pre-judge Asians and others saying “don't bother calling as they are too cheap “ . I'm not a disgruntled employee , the job was only paying 13/hr nothing to loose sleep over , I just think the customers should know the true nature of the business and know they are being recorded Violation of the PA 2 party consent “wire-tapping” law .
