| D Blum | Walton put the roof on a small addition to my house 5 years ago. It has leaked for the past five years. They have been here many times and tried to fix it but the fixes never worked for more than a few months. I finally had a different roofer re-roof the addition at my own expense. Yes, the roof was still under warranty, but a warranty is useless if the roofer is incapable of fixing the leaky roof. Now I have to fix the damage caused by all the leaking. In response to Walton's response: The issue was not condensation even though you told me repeatedly that that was what you thought it was. My architect agreed that it was not a condensation issue. It happened in all seasons, not just winter. The problem was fixed by another roofer who tore off your roof and replaced it. We also had to replace the roof you put on the part of the house that was not over the pool. |
