| Daniel Valentin | I called this company just to get info on patching my roof or to fully replace my roof with a metal roof. The lady that picked up the phone told me they don't focus on metal roofs but they do patch jobs. She said they have opening later on in the yearwhich I was fine with I asked her for more information about a patch job and she started to be very snobby with me, saying I can't give you anymore Information. I asked her nicely after she shown to be disrespectful if she had any information to give me toward a patch job and she raised her voice at me “ I HAVE NO MORE INFORMATION “ and hung up on me. How could you be in business still being that rude. I would like an apology but I probably won't get it. |
