| Nate Rodriguez | Called to have a metal roof installed with a specific purpose astetically in mind which I relayed to the estimater. Apparently he did not pass that information on to the crew and the metal roof was not installed with my desired pitch and purpose as explained. When I spoke to the crew they said they had no idea thats what I wanted .When the owner came out this he was rude and did not take responsibility for it at all. Kept saying it looked good when it didnt look good or professionally installed at all and wasnt what I had asked for . I could have paid 3000 less and just replaced the porch roof with shingles but i had a certain purpose and idea for the metal roof and thats what I had explained and even detailed with a sketch for the estimater. Not only was the craftsmen ship terrible but they were sloppy and unprofessional. They left metal shaving on the roof, the newly installed panels were aready scratched from working carelessly. The caulking is so sloopy and the bends on the tips of the seams are rusting already 2018 install . I would definately never recomend this company to anyone . STay away here are just a couple of the pictures. |
