Leak No More – Roofing Contractor in York, Pennsylvania

I received a full roof replacement this winter from Leak No More. Last year I had Larry come out one of the few who even returned my call to look at a leaking window I had. He made a recommendation that I not do anything at the time because he was certain it was due to some ice build up but he would recommend me think about replacing the roof as it was looking worn. Sure enough he was correct about the ice dam. I took him up on the recommendation to replace my roof as I have had other known issues that coincided with his recommendation. I am giving Larry and team a 4 but only because I can't give a 4.5. My only constructive criticism comment about the team was that at times the communication and scheduling broke down. There was a lot of rescheduling due to rain not Larry's fault, obviously and while obviously things come up and happen the communication could be improved some. When the team was able to make it out they worked hard all day each day they were on site. They also provided me with suggestions and recommendations on additional work based on their professional opinion once they had removed the old roof providing pictures and detailed explanation for each recommendation. They were extremely polite and considerate of my dogs and girlfriend night shift worker. The end results of the roof look great as well and have been functioning as expected for the past month. The original quoted price for the replacement was very reasonable as was the pricing for the additional work. I shall update this in the future should I notice or come across any issues with the installation or functionality that I think others would like to know.
