Yet on their website it states we guarantee ALL work and please the customer. Yeah right. Had 2 highly qualified roofers come out and tell us what Mr. Jackson's crew did wrong. Sent Mr. Jackson pics of the sloppy work. Never came out. Said Memo would correct it. Memo stood and laughed at me and told me, they were only here to remove the roof and put on a new one. All the rest we are responsible for. Stay away from this rip off artist!
