| Lyn Muckerheide | I had a tree fall and hit the edge of my roof during a heavy windstorm. It didn't look to me like any damage was done, but I wanted a professional to take a look, just in case. Not knowing one roofing company from another, I did a Google search and came across an ad for DePietro that included two dogs in the logo. Well, any business that features dogs is a business I'm interested in working with. It was the right decision. The woman that answered the phone I didn't catch her name-sorry! was extremely courteous and helpful. Ken came out to assess the roof and found that everything was in tip top shape. I know literally nothing about roofs. He could have told me I had thousands of dollars in damage and I would not have known any better. I really appreciated his honesty as well as his friendly nature. He did not even charge me anything for coming out. I complimented his DePietro hat featuring the dog logo and told him how I had chosen DePietro for that reason. The next day, I found a bag with two DePietro hats on my doorstep-one for me and one for my hubby. It made my day, and I look forward to wearing it while out walking my two pooches. Someday I will need a roof repair or replacement, and I know exactly who I will call! |
| Tara Thisse | Flashing done incorrectly, have had multiple masons and a home inspector come out and tell me Dipietro's way of flashing around a chimney is incorrect. He swears my chimney was faulty, crumbling and he recommended a mason one he works with when he came over, his mason stood in my front yard and told me I needed to rebuild my chimney. Other masons called all who said it needed some repair but certainly not rebuilt. Chimney fixed now, roof still leaking. Never work with this company. Spent a lot of money and have a leaky roof. Will have to spend even more money to get flashing done correctly. |
