Liberty Roofing Company Inc. – Roofing Contractor in East Providence, Rhode Island

I am very shocked by the positive reviews on this company. It took over a month to get them to come out to see the roof/skylight, meanwhile I was able to get a competitor to come out within 48 hours. They charged the condo association 500 dollars just to come out and give a quote, claiming there was roofing issues when in fact there were none and this was obvious to another roofing company on their first visit which they did not charge anything for. Liberty roofing never provided a written proposal despite multiple calls and when pressured to at least give us a verbal quote they gave us a price that was 2000 dollars more than their competitors quote B & R Improvement. I feel that perhaps they didn't want the job because it was only replacing a skylight and would not provide a lot of money. But I wish they would have been more transparent so we wouldn't have wasted so much time. I had to go through them first as they were an approved vendor by the condo association but definitely I will be encourage the association to consider other vendors in the future.
