| Claudia Mullen | Brian and his team went above and beyond to clean out our backed up main sewer line without damage to our property and at extremely reasonable fees. Brian and his team came out within less than two hours after we called when our main sewer line backed up on a Saturday. It was a tricky job for multiple reasons unique to our house - the previous homeowners had covered up the clean out inside the house and we had to open up a wall after Brian showed us where it should be, and the house being located more than 150 feet from the town sewer line in the street with no intermediary clean out in between. Brian had to make multiple trips and did not charge us until the last trip when he was able to clear the drain with no damage to our finished basement. He stayed in close touch with us during this time and checked in later as well. We did call other drain cleaning companies during this time as well, but based on our conversations with them did not believe that any would have been able to clear the drain faster without damaging our flooring which was a big no-go for us with a newborn in the house. I cannot recommend Brian and his team enough! |
