Very unprofessional. The guy was scheduled to come out to our house yesterday at 5. We no longer live at that home so my fianc went straight there to meet him and he did not show up. Tried texting/calling and he ignored it. Avoid this company they do not value your time or business.

If it would allow it - I would rate 0 stars- This company is so unprofessional - answers the phone "HELLO" instead of identifying his company name- should have been a red flag. I recently had them come to my home for an estimate of hurricane damage, which included electrical work- the website says they can do anything! They had over a week to prepare for the appointment , yet showed up without an electrician , so were unable to provide the estimate. I had explained in detail the work that needed to be done . When they arrived they were on time, but were unprepared and said they would have to come back. Later that evening, I followed up with an email asking when they would return to complete the estimate. No response, so I called to speak with the owner, when I asked why they came without the electrician- he said "EVERYBODY is busy, and there is no way I can bid a job like that without an electrician". Then he proceeded to tell me that since I was questioning him, we was too busy to take my job. Rude! He's right , everyone is busy , including the customer and he wasted my time and his because he was ill prepared. Just putting it out there so others don't get jerked around by them. This is the trouble with people these days - no integrity and certainly no customer service skills- What a joke! I can not attest to the workmanship, but if the way I was treated is any indication ,NO THANKS! PS I don't have a gmail account so this was posted by a friend.

Fantastic builder and roofer. He's done many projects for me. Highly recommended!
