| Geoff Clark | We needed an adapter to connect up new kitchen sink faucet old one was damaged and leaking - could not be put back once removed to water line and due to COVID19, everything was closed. Called, told me that they could provide the adapter. 129 to come out. Told them as long as they have the adapter to make it work, sure. Came out, they didn't have the adapter. Offered to rebuild my entire setup until my sink for 500+. I refused. Then the guy told me I owed him 129 and he'd come back tomorrow with the adapter. Paid him and told him to never return. Having owned a small business, I would have not charged the customer in this situation. Clearly they didn't care at all after not delivering what they said over the phone. Completely unethical. |
