I found Integrity Roofing by Google search and decided to take a gamble. I was very pleased with this random pick! John contacted me almost immediately introducing himself and his company. I explained that we had shingles missing and needed an inspection. John came out the very next day, exactly at the time he promised. He was very thorough in his roof inspection and took the time to explain his findings with my wife and I. It turned out that we had both wind and hail damage. We filed an insurance claim and John once again surprised us by meeting with the claims adjuster to go over his inspection with the insurance company. When the day came to replace the roofing, again John went out of his way to explain what they were going to do and how they would protect our property during the work. His crew was amazing during the replacement process. They crew foreman knew me by name and talked me through every step of the repair. In one day, I had a new roof that was installed with care and precision and they were meticulous with cleaning the yard to ensure no nails were left behind. Outstanding, experienced, reputable company. Made the mistake if having someone else install our roof at our place of business and of course had a leak. I had a different roofer come out and he basically told us to clean the roof of leaves and debris and we would be good to go, obviously that was not the case, and the water damage continued. I finally got John from Integrity Roofing involved, and he immediately pointed out the problem, told me exactly what he was gong to do to fix it, and then repaired our roof in a timely at a fair price. Took us a while, but we have now found our roofer, we will never use anyone but Integrity; I highly recommended them for your new roof!
