Monarch Roofing started and completed the work as promised. No hidden extras. Monarch was very responsive, usually answering the phone or if they didn't answer, they returned calls promptly both field and office personnel. Their installation team was excellent, both the installers and supervision. During the entire installation, working with the full time job Superintendent Greg and the Monarch area Field Manager Cody was an enjoyable experience. The final field walk down was conducted with me and they made sure any imperfections were corrected so I would be completely satisfied that I got a first class roof installation. In the last six or seven months, Monarch has installed quite a few roofs in my neighborhood. After the first couple of roofs, the selection of Monarch was by word of mouth recommendations from satisfied neighbors. All of their roof installations look great and Monarch has a highly satisfied neighborhood. My compliments to the entire team.
