Spartan Roofing Company Inc. – Roofing Contractor in Inman, South Carolina

I was very disappointed with the service we received from Spartan Roofing. The lady that called to find out where to send the invoice was rude to me. It had been a WEEK since the inspection and no one had called us to tell us the result of their inspection despite the fact that it was raining/leaking daily. She said they hadn't called because they didn't know who to call, but they certainly found our number when they needed the invoice paid! She couldn't tell me ANY information about the inspection, wouldn't give me the number of the guy who did it, and said they would MAIL me the pictures in 2013, you need to email stuff like that. Even worse, when I told her it was unacceptable that they waited a week to inform us that the inspection wasn't covered by the warranty, she said "well I'm only here 2 days a week" as though that meant I should excuse the company because it wasn't her fault. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she wouldn't let me. To add to the problem. We sent out our own contractor to fix the issue and he told us that not only is the issue covered in the warranty, two parts of the roof are FEET apart from each other--how did they miss that?? Also check with your warranty company to make sure they don't get called out for warranty issues, you just might get stuck with the bill! They have somehow won "awards" with one warranty company and so they get first dibs on warranty calls in the upstate.
