Tara Brown | We called Above All Contractors due to a leak in our roof that was causing damage in our home. We suspected the leak was from a pipe boot and would be a simple fix. As soon as Above All pulled up, they started "noticing things" wrong with the roof, even from the truck. The roof is less than 10 years old, mind you. This back and forth continued as they inspected the attic and the roof. Ultimately, they said that the solar panels on the back slope of our house were installed improperly and that water was penetrating that part of the roof, causing moisture in the attic. They said that entire slope of roof would have to be replaced and that the solar company should pay for it since the panels are still under warranty. Of course, we were initially alarmed, but we had two other reputable roofers come out and inspect both the attic and the roof. Both said the leak was from the pipe boot which we, as homeowners, could even surmise and that the panels were installed properly. Also, both noted that there was no moisture in the attic under that section of roof. Upon letting Above All know we would not be pursuing replacement of the back slope of the roof, we got a very snarky and sarcastic email from Josh Stuart. I could not believe how unprofessional and rude he was when I simply let them know we would not be pursuing replacement. I was not going to leave a Google review, but his response verified what I had felt all along: that they were scamming me and my solar panel company in an effort to get paid for a job that didn't need to be done. Thankful that there are honest roofing companies out there who aren't trying to scam homeowners and their insurance companies. |
Kristin McDowell | Josh was friendly and responded to our questions and concerns quickly. The work was done as promised. I would recommend Above All Contractors. |
Shannon Bullock | Being a former roofer, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of this company. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job. Elisha was fantastic! She went above and beyond to get my roof taken care of by my insurance company. Not only did she facilitate the job getting done on the house I was selling, but she also was able to get the home I was purchasing done as well. She worked very hard with the previous owners and their insurance company to get a new roof. It looks amazing! Thanks you Elisha and Brad as well. I will definitely be using Above All Contracting again for any future needs. |
