| Dennis Levan | This company responded to phone call fairly quickly and made arrangements to perform work at 1000 hrs on Saturday. I waited to 1100 hrs and still Robert was not here. I text the number that they gave me and no response. Robert's wife called about 1110 hrs and stated Robert could not find my address and left the area. I asked why Robert didn't call me when he was at the address but she couldn't answer my question and he wouldn't be able to return until Wednesday. I would not recommend that you use this service due to the fact that they can't find an address and unwilling to call the customer while he or she has been waiting for over an hour to find their location. I believe the behavior is completely unacceptable. |
