She told us that the owner would be getting back to us in a day or two .Over three weeks later I called and asked if there was a reason why we hadn't heard anything at all ? The owner Steve , said to me, we're busy ! I said , yes I understand that but a phone call would be courteous. Say, your busy, but we feel we count as customers as anyone else ! What blew me away is how rude he was. Steve said, are you going to build this fall or in the spring ? I said we aren't sure now as we are getting other quotes now. He said, if you are not going to build until Spring there is no need for a quote now...if you are going to build now I can give you a quote . I don't think its unusual for a consumer to need to know how many thousands of dollars they are going to need to pay for something ..even if it is months down the road. It's called planning and budgeting ! When I asked again about not getting a call back he told me that we got lost in the stack and he offered no apology. I said I wasn't sure that was ok and he cut me off saying if you change your mind were just down the road and hung up on me. I would not spend one cent at this mans business. All customers should be important ! |
