Mike was great to work with. He made numerous visits to answer my questions about the process. I was very impressed with his crew. They arrived early and got to work without delay. I had two roofs started and completed on the same site on the same day. Very pleased with the results. Their cleanup was also excellent. I will recommend them to anyone.

They got the job done fast and did great work using quality materials, not just a quick insurance hack repair like some of the storm chaser roofers you see show up after hail. They dealt with my insurance to make sure they paid for what was needed to get the job done correctly. Friendly and knowledgeable people, will be using them to re-side my house as well once winter is done. Thanks Doug and crew!

Mike with River City Roofing went above and beyond all expectations we had when getting our roof redone! We live out of town and he traveled to our home multiples times to explain the process to us, meet with the adjuster, give us shingle samples and even traveled out once just to meet with us in person when I wasn't understanding things completely. I am not highly educated in the construction world but no matter how many questions I asked or how many times I asked them, he was patient, kind and explained everything to me in ways I could understand. We looked forward to meeting with him every time he came as he was not only professional but friendly as well and we always enjoyed chatting with him. He informed us of every step that was taken throughout the entire process. The materials were dropped in our driveway and just a few days later they were there first thing in the morning and when I returned home from work, I had a brand new, beautiful roof! The entire roofing process.. from the first time we spoke, to the roof being completed, only took a few weeks!!!
