We live out of town and he traveled to our home multiples times to explain the process to us, meet with the adjuster, give us shingle samples and even traveled out once just to meet with us in person when I wasn't understanding things completely. I am not highly educated in the construction world but no matter how many questions I asked or how many times I asked them, he was patient, kind and explained everything to me in ways I could understand. We looked forward to meeting with him every time he came as he was not only professional but friendly as well and we always enjoyed chatting with him. He informed us of every step that was taken throughout the entire process. The materials were dropped in our driveway and just a few days later they were there first thing in the morning and when I returned home from work, I had a brand new, beautiful roof! The entire roofing process.. from the first time we spoke, to the roof being completed, only took a few weeks!!!
