He demonstrated all the things I mentioned above and is a true representation of professionalism at its finest! I am a little more than stunned, actually. I found out last Monday that I had to have a new roof. I was in a time-frame pinch to have roofing done before I could finalize a refinance on my house. And, I was a little more than lightly disheartened, actually, thinking that it was an impossible feat to get a roof in the available time to my deadline. Then, an amazing savior from the A-Team, James McKnight, came to look at it within an hour of my call, actually, and he also made time in his schedule to meet on-site with my insurance adjuster on Thursday. Thanks to Erie Insurance I had the payment same day. The following day Friday I contracted with the A-Team, and yesterday Tuesday...less than one week...I have a new roof! Unbelievable! The amount of determination, planning, coordinating and professional care it took for James McKnight and A-Team Roofing to accomplish this for me in this amount of time I was feeling "crunched" by is unprecedented, I think. My dad was in construction, when I was growing up, so I have spent a good deal of time around it, helping and understanding various aspects of that industry...but this blows my mind! Seriously, I have not seen this level of expertise from contractors before this. No B.S., just straight A+ mentality, attitude and service! Highest recommendation!

Words cannot express how grateful we are to A-Team roofing and especially Nate for such an amazing job. From day one we knew we could trust Nate and that the job would get done 100. He fought the fight with our insurance company and got us a brand new roof. The crew that arrived today couldn't have been any better. Quick and very thorough and very professional. Top to bottom one of the best experiences I have ever had. I love it when a plan comes together!
