The Mobley Brothers were very detailed in there explanation of the work to be performed. The price was competitive. I was kept informed through the process and they used quality materials. The work performed was completed to perfection and everything cleaned up when they were finished. They are dependable and honest which is difficult to find, unfortunately this day and time. I would recommend the Mobley Brothers if you want things done right.

Mobley Brothers did an amazing job on our roof & gutters. They were always very responsive, they really care about the work they do and care about their customers. We love our new roof. Even when there were a few hiccups had to replace extra boards and two layers of shingles to remove I got a call right away explaining what the problem was and what would happen. This is a very honest and upfront company. We will never use anyone else!

Finding a good roofing contractor to look at minor problems and effect a quality repair in Knoxville is surprisingly difficult. I went through three different roofers, none of which actually investigated or fixed a leaking roof This went on for about 3 years until Mike and his team arrived. After inspecting the roof and the attic the Mobley Bros team was able to determine that we were having widespread minor leak issues due to hail damage which resulted in us making a claim with the insurance company. Dealing with insurance companies for large expenses is a right pain in the butt, but Mike was with us every step of the way, even going so far as to join in on calls with the insurance company. This was a months long process during which time the Mobley Bros team effected temporary repairs to keep the rain out. Once the insurance hurdles had been cleared the new roof was installed quickly and efficiently by an excellent team. I was incredibly impressed with the safety, responsibility and work site cleanliness of the crew. In the six months since the roof has been installed I've found two nails, that's it! Everything else was cleaned up and we were left with a beautiful new roof and a transferable warranty for if an when we sell. Mike was also able to coordinate with other trades to repair the interior damages from the leaks, conduct a mold assessment to ensure we wouldn't have any ongoing issues, and while we were at it, new gutters were installed. Can't say enough positive things about the overall experience.
