cj Baker	Southern Builders was great....back in 1993 when they installed our vinyl windows.BUT SINCE then, have made SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND ATTEMPTS to have them come back to our homeNOT FAR from Knoxville at all! Not only di they schedule and not call when they do NOT SHOW, but sometimes they just don't return our calls! My advice: pay extra to go with someone who WILL FIX leaky seals, springs, locks, etc! Bad customer service!
