After waiting for over 3 months on another roofing company, we were amazed how quickly Kevin got a team over to our Gatlinburg cabin. They did an excellent job in a day and a half. We will recommend to others in our neighborhood.

I recently contacted Valley Vista Construction to come out and give me an estimate on having a roof replaced. Kevin Dawe, the owner of Valley Vista, came out in a timely manner and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. I talked to some friends with did business with Valley Vista all were very positive. so I decided to go with Valley Vista. They came out within the week and did the job within one day. Mr. Dawe was very easy to work with and he answered all of my questions without delay. And when my wife had any questions Tracy, his wife, answered all of her questions in a very professional manner. My wife really likes Mrs. Dawe. They did the work in one day and they did the job while I was working on the road. When I pulled into my driveway I was in awe. The new roof looked awesome. I took a chance and chose a Hunter Green color because the exterior of my house was a light green. It looked awesome and really stood out in my neighborhood. They cleaned up great. Could not even tell any work was done their. They did a great job.

They were patient, professional and great to work with. They visited our site multiple times to ensure all work was being completed to their high standards. We had an oversized garage and very long ranch house. The pricing was great and we were able to finance the roof and gutters. We actually enjoy rainy days now instead of worrying about the next leak!
