Wolf’s Roofing Flooring and Home Repairs – Roofing Contractor in Maryville, Tennessee

Had Wolfs Home repair come out back in Aug last year to do a repair on my flat carport roof EPDM material. When he and his crew left they left screws and nails all over the yard and driveway, leaving us to clean it up. A couple months later not sure if that time frame is accurate we were still having leaks. Having a year warrenty on it I called him back, upon leaving multiple voicemails and texts for weeks he did not contact me back. I called from another phone and was given excuses as to why he didnt call back. Said he would call me back shortly same day with a timeline to have someone come out and look at it, in which he did not. I went back to hounding him trying to get a response, nothing back from him for days until I threatened to take the issue to court. He responded immediatley after that. Came out a couple days later and said he had repaired it but did not, it is still leaking when it rains. But now the EPDM roofing has completley blown up from the roof and torn. We got up on roof to take a better look and its ripped in several places and doesnt even look as if he glued it down to begin with. A storm is coming in a few days and it will cause a flood under carport and quite possibly in our home too if this is not repaired somehow. We have been trying to reach Wayland since noon today, multiple texts and calls, leaving voicemail to call us back and have gotten no reply. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.
