It's not very often you buy a new roof - and the one we just replaced lasted 26 years - but Bluebird Construction made the process very straightforward and gave us a stellar result. They assisted us with every step of the process in the beginning, working with us and our insurance adjuster to evaluate hail damage and initiate our Claim. They then provided us the details we needed to select a roof, helped us understand the ins and out of the installation process and coordinated the work schedule to meet our timeframe and availability. Unlike so many complicated construction and renovation and repair projects even some minor ones there were no surprises except for the very pleasant result of Bluebird under-promising and over-delivering. Everyone was very professional; the installation crew was terrific, and their on-site manager kept us up to date on every aspect of the process. They provided us pictures, drone film, text messages and e-mails to keep us updated. When they were complete, we had a beautiful roof, a clean yard and driveway with no damage to our landscape or other areas and a very affordable result thanks to their familiarity and diligence with the insurance process. Even their billing support people are responsive and helpful. We selected Bluebird from interviews with 5 other firms as our home is large and includes some complex two-story structures and we wanted it done right and we could not be more pleased. We lived in our home we built for 4 mos when we were hit with a tornado. Bluebird helped repair our home after tornado damage. Rob was super helpful from the start and upfront with everything and took all our concerns and worries away. Rob I am so glad you came to talk to me that day. We had quite a list of repairs. New Roof, siding, gutters, repairing our porch posts, drywall, paint, fence etc. Everyone was so kind to us and any issues that came up they rectified them immediately. I find this incredible in a world where most companies stopped caring about the people Bluebird does care about their customers. Elder who did the siding cares so much about his work if it wasn't perfect he fixed it before you even knew. The drywall guy was so good you would not know a hole was in our wall. Every crew was particular about cleaning up after and if they didn't you already knew and made sure it was taken care of before we could complain. We truly appreciate all you have done for us and our family. Our home looks even more beautiful than when we built it last fall. We hope we don't need you again ha ha but if we do you will be the first company we call. There was some waiting for things but you always kept in touch and checked in. You never left us hanging. Bluebird roofing put a new roof on a home that we recently purchased and they did a fantastic job! Jamie Westenbarger and his crew were very professional and courteous.
