There was a mix up with coming to my scheduled service call, however, a call from Mr. David Burgess was what I needed to assure me things would be handled and handled professionally. Roscoe Brown sent Chad and Kyle who did an amazing job on my plumbing! They did not stop until the job was complete and working to my satisfaction. Those guys were professional and adequate in servicing my needs. So no worries if things don't go as planned, ultimately they believe in customer service and did not disappoint. Lee met with my wife and I later in the day and covered our choices on a new unit and we made our selection. Ben and his assisant James installed the unit for us and both were very courteous and professional and did an excellent job.
