Everything was personable, efficient, timely and accurate from the time the salesman arrived at my front door till the installers left my property clean of all building material. The salesman listened to our desires, present multiple options and presented us several alternatives. They described the installation process which had proven accurate. The installers were on time, efficient and professional. They took extra care around the chimney and roof vent. Everything was as presented from beginning to end. We had been shopping around for sometime to get a company to install a new roof on our home. Our concern was other contractors only optioned out Asphalt shingles raised ridge metal. After contacting Erie construction the sales person worked with us on our schedule on coming out to meet with us. It was late in the evening before we could meet due to our work schedules and they had no issues. That was the 1st positive. The sales demonstration was extremely informative of their product. He was knowledgeable of the product, process and all aspects of the company. He had sample materials along with demonstrations of their product stability. Once we agreed to move forward with Erie replacing our roof we were given a complete install price. We were contacted multiple times on progress of materials and scheduling the install. Install day was well organized and the crew was notably knowledgeable of the scope of work. Once the install started there were other issues found. These issues were repaired at no additional charges and the needed materials for these repairs were delivered by another team member. Full install was complete in 1 day as promised. The crew made a complete clean up and everything was placed back in its original location. We completed a site inspection after the crew was finished and everything was signed off with a job well done.I highly recommend Erie Construction for any of your upcoming projects.

I met with Chris who came to my house and got up on my roof and inspected my attic for any water damage. I had another Company come and they didn't even get up on my roof or in the attic. Chris then went over all the options and costs of everything the Company offered. He was very thorough and helped me make the best decision for my financial situation. I then got a follow up call from the Company a couple of days later confirming all of my choices. Then followed by a call from the Job Forman to schedule my installation. They came when they said they would removed my old turbines and patched those holes and cut a ridge vent in for better ventilation. Everything was explained well by each person in the process and financing was easy. I would recommend anyone needing a new roof to check Erie Construction out before making any quick decisions. Their roofing system has a 30 year guarantee and 15 year transferable warranty. Very pleased with my new roof.
