Travis King was the agent we worked with at Southern Roofing and Renovation. He was excellent! He went went and above and beyond for our family! I had contacted several roofing companies and once they came and inspected my roof - they only wanted to replace it. When insurance would only pay for repairs, I never heard back from any of them. I tried for months to get someone to repair my roof from the storm damage it had occurred but to no avail - until I finally found Travis at Southern Roofing and Renovations! He was a stand up guy who did everything he could and even fought with our homeowners insurance company to try to get our roof replaced. When they wouldn't budge and would only pay for the repairs, he came back and gave me an estimate on repairing my roof. He did an excellent job. He worked with me with the finances and I would highly recommend him. After dealing with so many others that just left my high and dry and refused to do the repairs, I am beyond happy with his work. Not only was he a stand up guy but a great business man to work with that did more than I expected with the repairs. During the process he took pictures of my roof and showed them to me, he repaired the places that were missing shingles but he also went above and beyond and sealed the cracks of my other shingles that were not being replaced. I will definitely be using him again for any of my roofing needs!
