Brian worked quickly and Chaz even made a separate trip to my home to deliver a part for my water heater. Initially, I didn't care about the cost. I just needed it done to sell my home. To my surprise the bill was very reasonable. About half of what I would have expected for such quick service. In the future Caputo will absolutely be my first call for plumbing or hvac service. Casey Nathan	Caputo has a few dedicated and very thorough hourly workers. However, I suspect he sells sophisticated HVAC units about which he knows very little. Couple a one year labor warranty with limited education on a product line... that's a steady income stream at the cost of the consumer.
