| Bill Luton | I was worried at first by the gentlemen who offered assistance. He looked confused at first when I handed him a defrosting timer and bimetal defroster thingy-ma-bob and told him they were from my Roper Refrigerator. He looked at me confused, didn't ask for a model number and just walked off. While waiting for him to come back three other people asked if I had been taken care of. A few minutes later he came back with the required parts. Either the parts were a one size fits all or they know their business. I pick the latter. Refrigerator is running like a charm. Thanks B&G! |
