| Lisa Henley Blevins | Well, my husband went into the Winchester Home Depot looking for a weed eater for the farm. Went to the department where they were located and saw a friend there. They were discussing among themselves the weed eaters while waiting for someone to help them out. Waited and waited for over 15 minutes... So my husband grabs one of the boxes and begins to take everything out to see the machine itself. His friends was buying one himself. My husband stated that there were at least 6 employees came by them, looked and kept going. What the heck are those people employed for - can't get any help period. My husband was disgusted totally and yet your company sold 2 weed eaters. You need to take a look at the people working there and their jobs. You might want to downsized somewhat!! SMDH... |
| Lynn Tobitt | This is a small Home Depot store. They used to have an Asst. Manager by the name of Scott that knew all about his store and his customers. Home Depot moved him to another store which I'm sure was a good thing for the company but left the customers missing his knowledge and willingness to help! I sure hope Home Depot understands how blessed they are to have him! |
