The individual stayed less then 10 minutes because he said he had the wrong parts and needed to go back to the shop and would be right back. Well that was over a week ago, they never called and they don't return calls, my home warranty company and I called multiple times. I hope they do better with other jobs because they sure don't want to do anything with garage doors.
