Fantastic experience with the Pickle Roofing. They were fast and professional from the beginning working with me and our insurance to get our roof repaired. Their crew was fantastic too. They came early and finished the job before noon!!! Totally amazed at the quality and service provided by all the team at Pickle Roofing. Highly recommend them for your next Roofing project. The people at Pickle Roofing were great to deal with across the board. However, the quality of work and attention to detail of the sub contractors was poor.They did not properly cover our yard or mulched areas, resulting in excessive amounts of nails going into those areas. Then they were very lazy in their cleanup and use of the magnet to pickup the nails. The attached photo shows the nails I personally picked up using the drip edge sub contractor's magnet. This DOES NOT include the 50 or so nails I picked up by hand the day the roofers finished. They also used the wrong size nails on our back patio roof, causing damage to the tongue and groove underside. They had to replace all of that material as a result. Then the patio stain contractor that Pickle sent out was not able to cover some spots, allegedly because Pickle purchased cheap tongue and groove decking that had excessive amounts of artificial wood filler. See attached photos. Pickle was supposedly planning to leave most of our old drip edge on the house and did not explain that to us ahead of time. So there were a lot of extra trips and coordination needed to remove and replace the drip edge and gutters. I trust Pickle has good intentions and I have no doubt they provide much better service and oversight of their subs on most jobs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience and we most likely would not use Pickle again.

This company is a dream to work with. Professional, friendly staff. Great crews. And the ownership and management is top notch. I have had nothing but a great experience.
