She has zero customer service skills, is extremely rude, and thinks she knows more than you about everything. I work in customer service and I have no idea how this woman is still employed. I will take my business elsewhere and you should too if you're reading this. For a store to claim they're like family to their customers, she is not the kind of family I'd want, more like the evil aunt you don't want to invite for a holiday dinner. I'd rather drive to Odessa for things I need rather than go to True Value.
