Probably the only "contract" experience I didn't regret in my 62 yrs. The initial estimate was so professional & personable. The workers showed up promptly at 8:30 actually a little earlier and worked until at least 5:00. A 3-4 day job, only took 2. Aware of upcoming weather conditions, they put the extra effort in to avoid extending the project. Day 2 was a full day. I don't thing they took lunch & worked until 6:30. The overall results are amazing!

After researching multiple painting and roofing companies I settled on 3 that I believed had the best customer reviews and would provide me the best value. In the end I decided to hire 21st Century Painting and Roofing and I could not have been more pleased with their work. They clearly outlined an estimate of what work would be required, showed up right on time each day, worked diligently throughout the day and were respectful of the property while both painting and roofing the home. The entire job took about 1.5 weeks to complete. Business partners Gary and Kit were both extremely knowledgable and responsive to questions or concerns I had. When one of my rain gutters was dented by a ladder it only took one call to get it replaced at their expense. I highly recommend this team for all of your painting or roofing needs.

My sales rep Mike, was courteous and fairly attentive. The painters themselves were also mature and moved quickly. They missed a couple small items over the entire job but overall their performance, quality and approach strategy was great. I'd give them a 95!
