Over the years, Jason at Matthew Lorand Roofing has become our trusted roofer. Initially we needed simple shingle replacements. Even for these smaller jobs, Jason scheduled our jobs punctually and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, he gave us very good advice about insuring and maintaining our aged roof. His advice proved very helpful as it ultimately resulted in a roof replacement covered by insurance. As with the smaller jobs, our experience with Matthew Lorand Roofing was characterized by excellent customer service and diligently executed work. With one of those severe wind/hail fronts a few hours away, the roofing crew worked very late to successfully secure the roof against the approaching storm. We also experienced the same service and diligence when working with the painting company Jason subcontracted with for the fascia work. All in all, Matthew Lorand Roofing comes highly recommended.

The roof change went incredibly well executed on an old roof with rotten wood underneath. The job was done faster than planned, the property was spotless during and after the crew left my house and the unknowns discovered during the job were addressed more than fairly. My quote was higher than other bids but Jason was very clear, direct and detailed in answering all my question before I signed the contract. I trusted his approach and his professionalism over price. Jason and his team are outstanding individuals. They know their work, they are clear in setting expectations, they care and love what they do and they are very good at it. Jason and his lead guy came back a few days after the job was done to check on a skylight. He helped me out in a big way with something that was not part of the original bid. I highly recommend Jason. He is prompt, responsive, precise and extremely fair. Since I did the job at my house, I already recommended him to a friend.
