McCoy’s Building Supply – Roofing Contractor in Bastrop, Texas

Seems like the employees are racist. The customer in front of my son and I was greeted with a smile and how was your day. When it was our turn to check out the cashier didn't even acknowledge us and seemed really disappointed that she had to check us out.

Lost my business that's for sure. Told me they had my materials in stock. Arrived to the store with 2 paid employees and 2 trucks to pick up what I needed. On arrival was told they did not carry what I needed in that store when was specifically told from the Bastrop store they had it in stock. Then proceeded to tell me to go the Burleson store and they had more than enough there. Upon arrival there found at they didn't have even a fraction of what I told them I needed. Then proceeded to tell me to go to the Manchac store at this point I've got 2 hours for 2 employees and 2 full size trucks burning up money. I arrived to at the Manchac store only to be told once again they had half of what I needed. What a joke! Update your systems!! When you tell someone you have it. You'd better have it!! On top of all that bought a large box of gun nails and granit I did make a mistake I bought the wrong size from the Manchac store. I specifically asked if I could return these nails to the Bastrop store to make sure. And they said yes. Now I'm sitting at the Bastrop store being told I cannot return the nails here that I have to drive all the way back to Manchac to return them. I'm shocked how could you do this to your customers

My husband was told about some discontinued lumber that McCoy's in Bastrop Tx had on sale he talk to the manager Nicole Brosh and ask her to hold it for him so he could go home and get his trailer to haul it on, the manager said she would hold for him, when he got back to the store they had sold it out from under him this Lumber was going to be used to build my husband a wheelchair ramp, he is an amputee and has many other health issues. We will never do business at the store again thank you Nicole Brosh for lying to a one legged man....Brenda Cox
