Unfortunately, mine and my husband's schedules conflicted for the day of the appointment and I had to cancel last minute to take my little one to baseball. I literally had to leave a note on our front door for Brent, cancelling our appointment. Brent wasn't miffed or unpleasant in the least. He was so understanding and even though I felt horrible, knowing that he wasn't angry made me feel at ease. At last appointment/contract day came. The process was simple and easy. The workers showed up when we were told they would show up, and they completed the job on time. They worked hard while they were here, and care was taken to get up all of the nails and debris that are created during a roof replacement.
