From start to finish, Amanda Shinn, project mgr., explained and educated me on the entire roof removal and installation process. She worked along side my adjuster while he inspected my roof. Once I received my estimate, Amanda was showing me my options and the project began. The manager Dixon, , project mgr Amanda, and the crew were friendly, professional and well informed employees. They work well together like a well oiled machine. During the installation, we had a surprise. There was a double layer of shingles that Amanda had mentioned to the adjuster, but he thought that the roof had a thick base shingle. Low and behold, there were two layers. Amanda and the crew documented everything with pictures and sent in a supplement to my claim for me. Impressive! This company will impress you with their honesty and integrity!
