| Chris Coppin | Cantrell replaced my roof four years ago. Last week I noticed a roof shingle on the ground next to my house. I called Cantrell Roofing to ask if someone would come out to see what the problem was. They did not respond for three days. When they did respond, the owner told me he would not come out to inspect the roof because the three year workmanship warranty expired. I called another roofer who came out the same day and told me the shingles had not been properly nailed down and quickly repaired Cantrell's faulty work. If you expect Cantrell to provide quality service or customer loyalty - forget it! |
